1. Agreement

By creating an account or using theeprop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

theeprop provides cloud-based property management software including rent collection, tenant and landlord management, reporting, and related tools. Each customer receives an isolated workspace and database.

3. Free trial and billing

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Pricing is published on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely via Flutterwave.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• Use the service only for lawful property management purposes.
• Ensure you have consent to store tenant and landlord data you upload.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' workspaces or data.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. We process it solely to provide the service. You may export your data while your account is active.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@theeprop.ug.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, access to your workspace will end according to our data retention policy.
